Czm8 is a Local Pest Control Company Servicing Ayrshire and Greater Glasgow

Czechmate Pest Control, abbrev. Czm8, is a trading name of Mr Martin Kroupa (left in the picture) who set up the business 11 years ago. Martin joined the pest control industry in 2007 as a pest control technician with Pestguard Services in Paisley, Renfrewshire. He then continued his pest control career and training with another Paisley-based company - Pest Protection Services from 2009 to 2013 after which he set up his own pest control company in nearby Ayrshire. Czm8 has been serving local businesses and private customers throughout Greater Glasgow and Ayrshire since 2013.

Czm8's Team 2024

Czm8 was started as a one-man business by Martin Kroupa (left in the pic.) in 2013. Over the years, the new pest control company gained a good reputation and a large customer base of regulars. The business had steadily grown until Covid pandemics in 2020 and 2021 when its activities drastically contracted and so did its old team. However, the company recovered and continued to grow in 2022. Earlier in 2024, Czm8  was joined by Ms Aneta Marek (on the right in the pic.) and Ms Jarmila Kapustova (in the middle in the pic.) re-joined Czm8's team in August 2024.​

Our Pest Control Qualifications, Certificates, Competence and Ongoing Training

Martin (on the left in the pic.) has 17 years of practical experience in pest control. He is qualified up to BPCA/RSPH L2 and is currently studying to upgrade to L3 and Field Biologist which are the highest-possible, recognized qualifications in British pest control. Jarmila (2nd from the left in the pic.) has worked in pest control on and off for 10 years. She has received a complex in-house pest control training by Martin and is studying toward BPCA L2. Aneta (on the right in the pic.) was new to pest control before she joined Czm8's team earlier this year. She also underwent an extensive in-house practical and theoretical pest control training led by Martin. She's currently studying toward BPCA L2.  Czechmate Pest Control is a servicing company member of the NPTA and a signatory to the CRRU Code Of Best Practice. All of our team members are continuously trained and updated in-house as well as they take parts in many of the pest control training venues that get organised by the NPTA, BPCA, 1ENV and Killgerm under the Basis Prompt scheme to always stay up-to-date about new pest control methods and legislation.
