"I discovered a wasp nest in a container in my garden. Phoned to ask if they could help. Got an appointment for the next day. Martin came and dealt with the next in no time. True to his word, I’ve just checked and 24 hours later all the wasps have gone and the nest was removed very easily. Martin was lovely and I would recommend his services."

Needed a pest control professional to look at a flat In Glasgow city centre. There was a problem with a type of carpet beetle. Martin gave us a very reasonable quote the same day we contacted him and sprayed the flat the very next morning. We were delighted with the service. He is professional, reasonably priced, reliable and so personable in his report to us which we received the same day. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for someone to eradicate whatever pests have invaded your life! Thanks, Martin.

"We live in a tower block in Central Glasgow and had cockroaches coming in from the communal bin area. Martin came and did treatments, laid traps and got rid of them. He was extremely professional, really knew his stuff, was informative without being patronising, punctual, communicative and very reasonably priced. Much better than the guy the factors sent out who was a bit rubbish in comparison. Would recommend Czm8 highly. Many thanks."

''Seen a rat in my kitchen and looked online for help and found czechmate's website. Phoned and spoke to Martin who was very helpful and could even make it out to see me the same day, rats have now gone, great service would recommend them to anyone with rodent or insect problems in ayrshire.''

''Called for advice as I thought I might have a problem with carpet bugs, gentleman spoke to me and reassured me by phone for almost 10 minutes. Great service at 5 to 10 on a Friday night When a woman is over reacting to one little creepy crawly!

''A faultless service. After discovering a wasp bike in my garden shed I initially attempted (fruitlessly) to contact our local environmental services department. After using Czechmates' online form that evening I received an email advising they would attend the next day. They duly arrived on time, examined the nest while explaining the procedure, and solved the issue in a professional and friendly manner. I'll be recommending them to friends and family.''

''I was initially very hesitant to contact a pest control company, and tried to treat the particular problem we encountered myself with over the counter products. However, when I realised we needed professional assessment and treatment, I found Czechmate on the internet. Martin Kroupa came around to the flat very quickly, and was very sensitive to our needs. He carried out a thorough assessment, gave us an honest and entirely reasonable quote, and was able to start treatment straight away. Payment terms suited my needs and situation.
I must say, his professionalism was a great relief to me. At no stage did he try to patronise me with 'superior knowledge' - as other tradespeople have done in the past in different situations. He explained all the processes, described clearly and concisely what effects the particular substances he was utilising would have, and carried out the work with minimal disruption.
The work is now complete, but should any other problem ever crop up in the future, I know I would have no hesitation in contacting this company again. I highly recommend Czechmate for anyone else struggling with a pest control problem.''

Martin came out right away and gave us a free quote. The treatment played out exactly as described on his website and as of our final treatment seems very succesful.
